Sales Engineer / Sales Executive (Montenegro Office)

Location: Podgorica, Montenegro

Position Type: Full-time

Department: Sales & Business Development

What You’ll Do:

Represent Ledova Lighting’s product portfolio to local clients in Montenegro and surrounding regions.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with architects, engineers, consultants, and corporate clients.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, quotations, and project proposals.
Work closely with our Istanbul headquarters and local team to manage customer requirements and ensure client satisfaction.
Monitor project pipelines and follow up on leads to convert them into successful deals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Lighting or Electrical background preferred).
2+ years of experience in B2B sales or technical sales, preferably in lighting or electrical systems.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Montenegrin language is a plus.
Proactive, organized, and result-driven mindset.
Willingness to travel within the region when required.
