Job Title: Telecommunications Expert

Our recruitment company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Telecommunications Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our clients' telecommunications systems to ensure seamless communication across their organization.

Skills Required:

Proficiency with Cisco PBX is a must
Familiarity with Whatsapp API, Telegram Bot and other relevant applications
Ability to engage cross-functionally to troubleshoot and resolve complex telecommunications issues
Proven ability to be a proactive problem solver
Degree in Telecommunications or related field is required
Strong proficiency in using Google G-Suite and fluent in English language

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the telecommunications systems for our clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging telecommunications technologies
Identify areas of improvement and make recommendations to enhance system performance
Ensure that telecommunications systems meet security and compliance standards
