Job Summary:

The CRM Marketing Assistant supports the CRM Marketing Manager and team in developing and executing customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives to improve customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. The role involves managing customer data and databases, supporting targeted marketing campaigns, and analyzing customer data to inform marketing strategies. The CRM Marketing Assistant also works with other teams within the organization, including sales, customer service, and product development, to ensure that CRM efforts align with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with managing customer databases and segmentation, including cleaning and appending customer data and ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Support the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns that use segmentation and personalization to effectively engage customers and drive desired behaviors.
Collaborate with other departments within the organization, including sales, customer service, and product development, to ensure that CRM efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Use marketing automation tools and CRM systems to create workflows and customer journeys that deliver personalized and relevant experiences to customers.
Test and optimize marketing campaigns and tactics to improve customer engagement, conversion rates, and retention.
Assist with managing budgets for CRM marketing campaigns and track and report on campaign performance metrics.
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure that CRM efforts are executed on time and on budget.
Stay up-to-date on CRM marketing best practices and trends and assist with incorporating new ideas and strategies into CRM marketing campaigns.
