We are looking for Operations Manager to lead our F&B venues in Tivat (Montenegro), and to be responsible for planning and directing the functions of administration and F&B to meet the daily service needs of the operation.
Main responsibilities
- Manages the performance of the venues focusing on delivering the highest quality and brand service standards to constantly meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Reviews and analyzes sales, compares them, finds reasons for increase or decrease and writes a report with an action plan on how to improve.
- Completes daily, weekly & monthly schedule of tasks, activities, programs and initiatives.
- Maintains and improves Quality Service Cleanliness standards.
- Increases sales by setting Local Stores Marketing Plan in coordination with the Marketing department and assists in its execution.
- Monitors the P&L of each store and makes sure that financials are well managed.
- Coordinates with the training department to ensure that all managers & staff are trained to the required standards, providing appropriate training & development plans for all and ensuring completion.
- Conducts appraisals of managers, regularly meeting with them to set common goals, and delegates’ key tasks to them to maximize their potentials.
- Manages direct reports and operational issues on a daily basis
Qualifications
- BA degree in Business Administration or similar.
- Minimum 5 years experience as Ops Manager or similar, overseeing different venues.
- Experience in management roles in fine dining restaurants and beach clubs.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong planning and budgetary skills
- Good market knowledge, and preferably with experience in Montenegro
