Responsibilities:
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to our products.
- Provide first-line support for technical queries.
- Follow established procedures and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with senior team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in coding mentorship sessions, where you will learn and practice basic coding skills.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering or related field.
- No prior experience required – we provide training and mentorship.
- Strong desire to learn, especially in technical support and coding.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work the 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM shift.
