Job Summary
As
a Dock Hand at Marina Lazure, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our marina. You will assist with the docking and departure of vessels, maintain the cleanliness of the docks, and offer support to guests. This position requires physical stamina, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset. You will work closely with the Marina Operations team to uphold high standards of service and safety, contributing to a top-tier experience for all guests

Key Responsibilities
- Assist vessels during docking and departure from marina docks.
- Maintain cleanliness and order on the docks and throughout the marina.
- Support guests with boarding and disembarking.
- Monitor the safety and security of boats and the surrounding area.
- Perform regular maintenance of marina equipment and tools.
Qualifications
- Physical ability to handle demanding tasks and operate marina equipment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience in marina operations is preferred but not required.
