Responsibilities
Acquiring new customers in the Forex market.
Managing existing customer portfolios and increasing customer satisfaction.
Providing market analysis and investment opportunities to potential customers.
Organizing training programs to increase customers' investment knowledge.
Providing consultancy by following market trends.
To effectively promote the company's products and services.
To inform and guide customers about the Forex market.
Supporting the process of opening and managing customer accounts.
Understanding customer needs and demands to provide appropriate solutions.
Advising clients on investment strategies.
Working according to the company's marketing strategies to expand its customer base.
Qualifications
Experience in the Forex market.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Customer-oriented approach.
Analytical thinking and problem solving abilities.
Ability to work in a team.
Preferably graduating from a relevant university.
To have knowledge about financial instruments and investment tools.
Ability to manage customer relationships and acquire new customers in the Forex market.
Ability to educate clients and improve their investment knowledge
Fluency in English is required; Proficiency in another language is advantageous
