This is a full-time administration role located on-site at our agency in Podgorica. The Administration role will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing paperwork, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, coordinating with team members, and ensuring smooth office operations.
- Strong organizational skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
- Fluency in Serbian language is required.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant with executive administrative assistance skills
- Clerical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
