Magnum Development Ltd is a company that was founded in 2020 for the purpose of implementing the project of luxury hotel construction based on a condo business model in Kolašin, Montenegro. The hotel, operating as Crowne Plaza Kolašin under the well-known IHG brand, specializes in health tourism and offers something unique not only in Kolašin but also in northern Montenegro. The hotel is energy-efficient and offers a total of 105 accommodation units.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager at Crowne Plaza Kolašin, located in Podgorica. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for promoting the hotel and its unique health tourism offerings to potential customers, developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing relationships with partners and suppliers, and actively seeking out opportunities for business development.
- Sales and Marketing domain skills, including market research, campaign strategy development, and lead generation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and analyze market trends and customer needs
- Experience in developing and managing relationships with partners and suppliers
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience in the hospitality industry or health tourism is preferred
- Fluency in English and Montenegrin is required, proficiency in other languages is a plus
