This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing phone etiquette, communication, executive administrative assistance, and clerical skills. Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, organizing files, and assisting with general administrative duties.
- Administrative assistance and executive administrative assistance skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Clerical skills, including organization and time management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Fluent in English and Serbian
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Preference for proficiency in Russian or Turkish
