Role Description
We are seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant for a full-time on-site role located in Condesa , CDMX . The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, manage schedules, handle appraisers schedules, prepare marketing reports, and coordinate daily orders. This role also involves organizing day-to-day tasks, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring smooth office operations.
This position is one hundred percent in English so you must be fluent in English to apply.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
- Demonstrated capability in Executive Support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and delivering seamless support to senior leadership.
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with stakeholders and team members.
- High attention to detail, time-management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role, ideally within real estate or private equity, is an advantage.
