Job Requirements
With minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industry.
With certificate or formal qualification in Beauty, Cosmetology, or a related discipline.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on beauty products and services to enhance customer experience.
- Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable products tailored to individual needs.
- Perform makeovers and beauty demonstrations to showcase product effectiveness.
- Maintain knowledge of current beauty trends and techniques to offer informed recommendations.
- Assist in the organization of promotional events and product launches.
