Role Description
We are seeking a cracked Junior Marketing professional for a full-time, on-site role at our office in Podgorica. The Junior Marketing role involves supporting the team with strategic marketing initiatives, conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, and fostering customer engagement. The role also includes collaborating with sales and customer service teams to ensure aligned communication and seamless client interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills for internal collaboration and customer interaction
- Experience in Market Research for identifying trends and opportunities
- Knowledge of Marketing Strategy and Sales to support campaign development and execution
- Customer Service capabilities to maintain positive client relationships
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
