Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed
- Draft and proofread emails, reports, and other correspondence
- Provide administrative support and contribute to the efficiency of day-to-day operations
- Undertake special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus
- Problem-solving attitude
