The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing business strategies to increase revenue. This full-time hybrid position will be located in Tivat with flexibility for remote work. Day-to-day tasks include building, leading and motivating the sales team, analyzing market trends and customer needs, creating and maintaining relationships with key clients, and reporting sales activities to senior management.
- Development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
- Collaboration with marketing and product teams to create and execute effective sales campaigns.
- Market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Maintenance of strong relationships with key customers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders in the industry.
- Creation and delivery of reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Continuous evaluation and optimization of sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales (5+ years), with a minimum of 2 years in sales management or as a real estate agent
- Experience in real estate or related industry is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other sales tools
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of the real estate industry and market trends
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
