Job Summary:
As the Marketplace Manager with a focus on Amazon, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize our presence, sales, and profitability on the Amazon platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our Amazon operations align with our overall business goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Listing Optimization: Create and optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversion rates, including keyword research, product descriptions, and images.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze Amazon and Shopify sales performance, traffic, and customer reviews to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Compliance and Policy Adherence: Stay up-to-date with Amazon's policies and ensure compliance with terms of service, product listings, and advertising guidelines.
Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports and insights to the management team, detailing key performance metrics and recommendations for improvement.
Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about competitor activity on Amazon and adapt strategies accordingly.
Employment type: Full-time
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
- Time zone requirement: Must have at least a 6-hour overlap with US EST
To excel in this role, you need to have:
- 2-5 years of experience in Amazon Seller Central
- Strong proficiency in Excel AND Google Sheets
