Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Waiter for a full-time, on-site position at our restaurant in Dobrota. As a Waiter, you will manage day-to-day responsibilities such as greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining clean and organized dining areas, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You will collaborate with the team to deliver warm and attentive service while representing the values of Montenegro Moments.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with a friendly and professional attitude toward guests and staff.
- Experience or knowledge in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations.
- Interest or basic knowledge in Cooking and culinary presentation is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of the local area and culture is advantageous to enhance guest experiences.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
