Job Title: Influencer Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that promote our brand and products. This role will involve identifying and collaborating with social media influencers who align with our brand's values and objectives, negotiating contracts and compensation, managing ongoing relationships with influencers, and tracking and analyzing campaign performance.

- Negotiate contracts and compensation with influencers, taking into account factors such as audience size, engagement rate, and past collaborations.
- Manage ongoing relationships with influencers, ensuring that they are meeting campaign requirements and delivering on their commitments.
- Track and analyze the performance of influencer marketing campaigns, including metrics such as engagement rate, reach, and return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that leverage influencer partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing.
