Zadaci
- Participation in project planning;
- Quality control of construction works, ensuring that the deadline for completing work is met and supervision of performed works;
- Supervision of the subcontractor's work;
- Estimation of profitability of decisions and operational proposals;
- Contacts with suppliers of equipment and servises, preparation of proposals on the most favourable suppliers;
- Monitoring the performance of the contract;
- Preparation of construction books and construction logs;
- Coordination and preparation of project related documents and submittals.
- Compliance with applicable regulations and safety policies and procedures
- Production of detailed method statements, job safety hazard analysis and as-build drawings.
- Performing other related duties as assigned
Vaše kvalifikacije
- Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering;
- Work experience is desirable but not mandatory;
- Good computer skills – MS Office, AutoCad, MS-Project;
- Fluent in English;
- Valid driver's licence;
- High motivation and commitment to work
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Required to work on a construction site
