We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties while providing exceptional customer service to clients. The role requires excellent negotiation skills, an understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads.
- Advise clients on property options that suit their needs, budget, and preferences.
- Negotiate prices and terms with clients and close sales effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and property values in Montenegro.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, reports, and documentation as required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in residential real estate sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Fluent in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
