We are seeking an organized and results-driven Sales Operations Specialist to support our real estate sales team in Budapest. The ideal candidate will carrying out all administrative support for the sales team and ensure seamless coordination between the sales, and operations teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and report sales deal on a daily and weekly basis for proper tracking and analysis
- Generate a commission report on a quarterly basis.
- Act as the check point for availability of a unit before a sale is made by the team
- Collect the required documentation in order to approve a sale.
- Handle sales contract administration.
- Release list of available inventory for sales executives to move and submit to sales team.
- Check that the unit status is reported and maintained exactly in master database.
- Create sales order and issue the payment receipts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English.
