We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with local accounting regulations, and supporting the finance team with accurate reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with Montenegrin accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of Montenegrin accounting laws, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
