We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies aligned with the company’s long-term objectives, driving brand awareness, and supporting revenue growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement an integrated marketing strategy aligned with the long-term strategic objectives of the brand group.
- Develop and execute brand marketing plans to achieve brand objectives effectively.
- Explore and identify new opportunities, concepts, and services to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the Development team to define optimal product characteristics that appeal to target markets.
- Ensure all brand communications remain within established guidelines to maintain consistency, quality, and alignment with brand objectives.
- Utilize competitive intelligence systems to capitalize on market opportunities and address potential weaknesses.
- Manage the brand’s financials, ensuring adherence to the annual marketing budget while maximizing ROI.
- Initiate purchase requisitions for all brand-related activities.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to maximize exposure for new launches and enhance brand awareness.
- Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and PR companies to ensure marketing activities are executed on time, within brand guidelines, and effectively reach target audiences.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing and business development goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of integrated marketing strategies, brand management, and campaign development.
- Experience in managing budgets, analyzing ROI, and financial planning.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, digital platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English.
