EXPERT FOR PRODUCT PORTFOLIO DEVELOPMENT AND PROFITABILITY MONITORING (m/f/d)
You will:
- Analyze corporate product profitability and define measures for its improvement
- Monitor and track implementation of profitability improvement initiatives
- Supporting the development of innovative product solutions tailored to corporate clients
- Collaborate closely with IT teams to support digitalization and ensure alignment with corporate business needs
- Coordinate and support ESG standards implementation and monitoring
- Take part in regional and international projects and working groups
- Support various business units through reporting, product development input, and corporate business solution design
- Contribute to ongoing improvements of corporate products and processes with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction
You have:
- At least Bachelor’s degree – economic or related field
- Prior experience in insurance is preferred
- Experience in product development
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Power BI)
- Working level of English language - written and spoken
