Role Description
This is a full-time or seasonal on-site role for a Junior Bar Tender located in Montenegro. The Junior Bar Tender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness of the bar area, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a high level of customer service. Daily tasks will include stocking supplies, mixing drinks according to recipes, and interacting with patrons to provide a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Food & Beverage preparation and service
- Proficiency in Cash Handling and Bartending
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexibly, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is a plus
- Relevant certification in bartending or hospitality is a plus
