DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (m/f/d)
As a Digital Transformation Operations Specialist, your role will be pivotal in aligning strategies and delivering impactful results. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordination & Strategy:
- Regularly monitor and review the high-level progress of backlog items, ensuring tribes are on track to deliver key features within agreed timelines.
- Ensure that the backlogs of each tribe are aligned with the overall digital transformation strategy, monitoring that key initiatives are reflected across all tribes.
- Facilitate Agile collaboration across tribes, fostering a seamless flow of initiatives and preventing bottlenecks.
Planning & Prioritization:
- Based on backlog reviews, identify key priorities and initiatives that should be the focus during the next quarter, ensuring alignment with the overall transformation roadmap.
Monitoring & Reporting:
- Deliver regular budget reports to the Digital Transformation Lead, highlighting potential risks related to overspending or under-utilization.
- Draft updates and reports for stakeholders, ensuring communication reflects strategic objectives and the transformation program's current state.
Risk Management:
- Proactively identify dependencies and high-level risks that could impact the success of transformation initiatives, especially those related to cross-tribe coordination, resource constraints, or technical challenges.
You have
- A university or advanced degree in a relevant field such as Business.
- Proven experience leading digital transformation efforts in a large organization.
- A background in IT or insurance business operations, with a track record of aligning both domains toward common goals.
- Expertise in program/project management (certification in a recognized methodology is a plus).
- A strong understanding of Agile principles and experience working in an Agile environment.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to comprehend and articulate both the big picture and detailed execution steps.
- Proficiency in data analysis to develop actionable insights and enhance business processes.
- Strong command of English for effective communication across borders.
