NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EU funded project called: Decarbonisation of heating systems in the City of Partizanske and is searching for key experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.
The overall objective of this assignment is to carry out a feasibility study for the decarbonisation of heating supply in the city of Partizanske.
Location: The City of Partizanske, Slovakia.
Project Duration: The intended start date is February 2025 and the services shall be provided for a period of 10 months from this date.
Key Expert: Project economist (Cat. II)
☝️ Qualifications and skills:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Finance or Economics (minimum requirement).
- Fluency in written and spoken English (CEFR C1) (minimum requirement).
- Fluency in written and spoken Slovakian would be an asset.
- Computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams).
☝️ General professional experience:
- Minimum of 10-years of relevant professional experience in the energy sector (minimum requirement).
☝️ Specific professional experience:
- At least 5 years’ experience in financial and economic assessment of clean energy projects proven by at least 5 projects (minimum requirement).
- Experience in multicriteria assessment (MCA) of the infrastructure projects (asset).
- Proven experience in financial and economic and/or implementation of DH decarbonisation projects (minimum requirement).
