Responsibilities:

Implement new features based on business requirements
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code
Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Enhance low-latency system components like the trading engine and price feed
Maintain high code quality with comprehensive unit tests
Identify and solve bottlenecks and bugs
Uphold code quality, organisation, and automation

Requirements:

Proficient in C# with a strong understanding of the .NET ecosystem
Experience writing reusable C# libraries
Familiarity with various design and architectural patterns
Knowledge of concurrency patterns in C#
Understanding of fundamental design principles for scalable applications
Ability to create database schemas that support business processes
Basic knowledge of Common Language Runtime (CLR) limitations and workarounds
Experience with automated testing platforms and unit tests (NUnit/xUnit)
Ability to work in a team: responsible handling of branches, commits, pull requests, and code reviews
Planning skills: two-week sprint cycle, daily scrum stand-ups, tasks estimation
Keen interest in the intersection of trading and crypto
English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to Have:

Experience with Rust, Dapper, and EF Core
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
Basic knowledge of Blazor, Grafana/Prometheus/Seq, Linux, RabbitMQ, GitActions, Jenkins, Azure, or AWS
