Job Description

This is a part-time hybrid role as a Legal Secretary at Quantzilla Labs based in Podgorica. As the local acting legal signatory you will be the company chief executive but your responsibility will be that of a legal secretary. The role is 4 hours per week, so you can do this work in your spare time. The role is almost fully flexible working hours as you can complete your assignments in your own time or while pursuing another form of employment. The successful candidate will have a flexible start date between Oct-Nov 2024. The compensation for this role is €450/month paid as a monthly salary. You assignments will be handling all the companies legal admin in Podgorica which can include but not limited to;

Traveling to company address to sign legal documents
Bank affiliated admin
Drafting basic legal documents in English & Montenegrin
Advising the founders on Montenegrin Law
1 x 30 min video call per week (on average)

Qualifications

Good organizational skills
Fluent/Professional level written and spoken Montenegrin and English
Strong attention to detail
Microsoft Office (mainly word and powerpoint)
Previous experience as a legal secretary or in a similar role
Undergraduate degree in Legal Studies or related field
Positive and professional attitude
BONUS - a general knowledge of cryptocurrency industry
