Role Description

Are you an experienced risk management professional looking for a new challenge? Join our team at MFI Monte Credit as a Risk Management Coordinator! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to help us navigate and manage risks in our daily work.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze risks and provide advice to the management team on significant risk issues
Communicate and implement the Risk Management Framework across the organization
Conduct training sessions to build risk management capability and awareness among employees
Participate in credit committees and analyze loan requests to track potential risks
Test operational risks and provide process improvement recommendations.
Engage in regional/global risk groups to exchange best practices

Qualifications:

Higher education degree in Economics or similar field
Minimum 3 years of experience in financial and/or banking industry
Excellent knowledge of the English language.
