Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Assistant at CAZAS in Podgorica. The Program Assistant will be responsible for supporting program management, communication, administrative assistance, research, and other daily tasks related to CAZAS's programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
Program Management and Administrative Assistance experience
Project cycle management experience
Research and policy skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and English
Experience in working with NGOs or health-related organizations is a plus
Understanding (mental) health, social care and youth sector in Montenegro
Experience in working with international partners and in international teams is advantage
Digital skills
